Breakfast needs improvement

WE needed a hotel within striking distance of the airport. The hotel is easily reached, has a good restaurant, rather over-the-top decor, but lovely helpful staff. Nice bathroom, large bedroom, all very clean and at a very fair price

Clean and helpful staff

Overpriced, not worth paying 23000/- per night. No swimming pool or gym facilities or park. Food is not great and options are limited

Breakfast is very good, with a good variety of made-to-order dishes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are outfitted in old European style, which is a pleasant change from normal. Very clean overall.

The booking was non-cancellable. This is a pity, as I would have loved to have stayed there during my subsequent trips, which are quite frequent.

Everything was so perfect, cleanings , food , staff .

The room was large enough for three people, as I had booked, but the cleaning under the bed was very poor, with lots of dust. They did not provide three towels in the bathroom, and only two toothbrushes were supplied, which is very disappointing.

The reception did not allow the other guest to check in because the booking personnel had not arrived on time. Every query directed to the reception was referred to the manager on duty, wasting my guest's time. However, the check-in was only allowed after 2 pm, so we did not even request an early check-in. During check-out, I was asked to pay around 5,000 INR for various food and drinks ordered. However, this was presented as an invoice rather than providing any receipts signed by the guest. When I inquired, they said they would forward the receipts to me via email. I have yet to receive them and feel like I may have been overcharged. This is not a good policy for a hotel of this standard, especially when they charge nearly 10,000 INR per night (plus/minus taxes) for a stay.

Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are quite big and comfy.

rooms were the best seen at hotels i have travelled all over the world for this category and we had forgotten our air pods and they had found them and kept them for our collection after returning from our business trip .

breakfast was with limited variety,it took a long time to even check in ,even though it was after 3 pm . location is far also they need wipe the tables properly and replace plate mats . we had to speak to the GM and then the service level improved drastically

Location ambiance is good

Cleanliness, lobby hotness in summer, staff behaviour, toilet bathroom drainage bed smell, parking facility is not good.

Dishonest people

Online booking was dishonest . It charged a different amount for day 2 which was not displayed earlier and it was more than double of the first day booking . You took advantage of my little oversight and fleeced me . I am carrying Very bad impression about your dishonest business tactics almost amounting to fraud .

The hotel it self is amazing! Beautifully decorated with some great feature. The rooms are large, giving you the feel of a luxurious space. Rooms kitted with everything you can possible need. Great bathrooms too. Lots of space, with high end fixture and fittings.

There was no pool. The staff both at reception and restaurant didn’t look like they enjoyed their jobs! The service was very moderate. There was the morning call from breakfast everyday with was really not a good look. I don’t need to be told everyday when I need to be down for breakfast ? I think the hotel caters for weddings, hence the lack of details for guests staying for leisure. Great shame because it’s a great place. What Taj could to this place would be amazing.

The property was spacious and clean.

The staff ignored my request for a king bed.I was given a twin bed converted into king which was not comfortable at all.

The rooms are brilliant and very spacious. Given my purpose of the visit the hotel was in walking distance to where I wanted to go. Given it is on a major road getting an Uber was easy too. The breakfast was great and the staff are very courteous.

The room hygiene and cleanliness could be improved. If there is one ask of the housekeeping team it would be to use a checklist. In the first room there was stuff missing in the room. Cleanliness wasn't upto the mark. (No Shower gel, Non functional faucet, locker not working, Chocolate chips all over the furniture) So then I was moved to another room (a very good upgrade to the room size). Here the face towel was missing, Waste bins weren't cleared)

Easy check in from competent desk staff. Room of a high standard with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Bathroom clean and modern. Restaurant food and service of a very good quality.

There was nothing to dislike.
